Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully — they govern how you and your team use TECHTEEK.

Last updated: April 27, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between TECHTEEK ("we", "our", "the Company") — a software company headquartered in Amman, Jordan — and any individual, team, or organization ("you", "the Customer") that subscribes to or uses our task management, support ticketing, and self-service platform (the "Service").

By creating an account, activating a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. Acceptance & Updates

We may amend these Terms in whole or in part at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date we publish them on techteek.net or notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Information

When subscribing to the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your organization, billing contacts, and authorized users.
  • Verify that the plan, number of seats, and feature add-ons you select match your operational needs before activation.
  • Update your account information promptly if anything changes (organization name, billing email, authorized administrators).
  • Accept that accounts created with information that cannot be verified by our support team may be suspended.

3. Account Security & Authorized Users

Each user account on the Service is licensed to one named individual within your organization. You agree that:

  • Login credentials must not be shared between users — every team member who needs access requires their own seat.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding usernames, passwords, and any authentication tokens issued to your team.
  • If credentials are lost or compromised, you must contact support@techteek.net immediately so we can disable the affected sessions.
  • We may suspend any account that shows simultaneous logins exceeding the seats licensed under your plan.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is provided for legitimate business operations within your organization. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or any of its features without a prior written agreement.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to third parties.
  • Copy, record, or republish proprietary materials, dashboards, or training videos belonging to TECHTEEK without explicit permission. Any breach may trigger appropriate legal action.

5. Authorized Sales Channels

TECHTEEK subscriptions and license keys are issued only through approved channels. We are not responsible for purchases made outside of:

  • Our official website at techteek.net.
  • Our verified social media accounts and authorized sales representatives.
  • Accredited resellers and partner organizations listed publicly on our website.

6. Supported Environments

The Service is delivered as a web application. Supported environments include:

  • Modern desktop browsers — Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari (latest two major versions).
  • Windows 10 and Windows 11, and macOS 12 and later.
  • Mobile and tablet browsers on iOS 15 and later, and on Android 10 and later.
  • A reliable internet connection. Performance on networks below 2 Mbps may be degraded.

7. Plan Changes & Subscription Modifications

  • Upgrades to a higher plan or seat count take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; current-cycle fees are not refunded.
  • Standard plans cannot be modified after two business days from activation; intensive or custom-scoped plans cannot be modified after 24 hours from activation, except as covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if any of the following occurs:

  • Login credentials are shared between multiple organizations or with unauthorized parties.
  • Concurrent active sessions exceed the seats licensed under the active plan.
  • An account is migrated between unrelated workspaces without coordination with our support team.
  • Repeated activity that breaches these Terms or creates a security risk to other customers.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, written content, training materials, brand marks, and documentation made available through the Service are the exclusive property of TECHTEEK. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription. Customer-generated content (your tasks, tickets, comments, and uploaded files) remains your property; we process it on your behalf in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We continuously develop and maintain the Service. Specific features, integrations, and the user interface may evolve, be updated, or be retired with reasonable notice. We are not liable for:

  • Errors caused by third-party software, browser extensions, or hardware on the Customer's side.
  • Data loss caused by misuse of the Service, unauthorized access via shared credentials, or failure to back up exports the Service makes available.
  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure or by upstream infrastructure providers.

11. Pricing & Promotions

Subscription prices are published on techteek.net in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include all standard fees for the listed feature set. Pricing may differ by region, partnership, or seasonal promotion. Quoted prices for enterprise plans are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

12. Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your data. Personal information is collected only as needed to deliver the Service, manage billing, and improve your experience. We do not share customer data with third parties except where strictly required to deliver the Service or to comply with the law. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
