Refund Policy
If you have purchased a TECHTEEK subscription and the Service does not work as described, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Your environment cannot run the Service — for example, network policies block essential connections or your devices fall outside our supported environment list, and our support team has confirmed the issue cannot be resolved.
- Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase or activation date — whichever is later.
- The request must comply with the active Terms & Conditions and reference a valid invoice or order number.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
