Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair terms for ending or adjusting your TECHTEEK subscription.

We're committed to your satisfaction with TECHTEEK and to protecting your rights as a paying customer. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to cancel a subscription, and the conditions that apply to each.

Refund Policy

If you have purchased a TECHTEEK subscription and the Service does not work as described, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your environment cannot run the Service — for example, network policies block essential connections or your devices fall outside our supported environment list, and our support team has confirmed the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase or activation date — whichever is later.
  • The request must comply with the active Terms & Conditions and reference a valid invoice or order number.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscriptions used beyond 24 hours after activation, except in the cases covered above.
  • License keys, activation codes, or subscription credits purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Customization, integration, or professional services that have already been delivered.
  • Add-on seats consumed during the current billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-cycle except in the following situations:

  • Unsupported environment — your devices, browsers, or network configuration cannot run the Service after our support team's diagnostic review.
  • Plan upgrade — if you wish to move to a higher tier, our team will cancel the existing plan and apply the unused balance as credit toward the new subscription.
  • Downgrade requests are honored at the start of the next billing cycle; the current cycle remains active until its end date.

  • Contact form: techteek.net/contact — choose "Billing & Subscriptions" as the subject.
  • Phone consultation: available on request, scheduled by our sales team.

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
